Central Holidays is fully committed to the well-being of all our travelers, families, and fellow co-workers, and we support our travel advisors and partners during this challenging time.
Given the current travel advisories in place, with travelers’ safety in mind and in an effort to safeguard their investment; we have extended our Interim Policy to all of our destinations:
- All passengers traveling to any of our destinations with departures through August 31, 2020 have the option to reschedule or postpone their Land travel arrangements for up to one (1) year* from the original departure date.
- In addition, Central Holidays will continue to waive the standard Cancellation and Change Fees for these rescheduled/postponed arrangements. Our travel experts will work with all our partners throughout the rebooking process.
- Central Holidays will also continue to offer Future Travel Credits to all our travelers unable to reschedule their trips at this time. Please note that Travel credits are flexible and can be redeemed to any of our destinations and brands (Journeys and Group Travel Experiences**). Travelers can also choose to transfer Future Travel Credits to a friend or family member.
We want to reassure all of our travelers that we have their best interests at heart. We have been, we are, and we will continue to work incessantly on your behalf.
We also continue to monitor the evolving situation around the world closely and update our policies with everyone’s well-being in mind.
