Starting in the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires, explore the country’s modern and bustling capital brimming with history and culture and diverse neighborhoods inspired and established by the immigrant populations who formed the city. Lively evenings beckon and you heed the call with an included Tango experience and traditional Argentine dinner at an acclaimed “tangueria” or tango parlor. Your trip to Argentina takes you to marvel at the famed Iguazu Falls -- explore the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls to the cliffs of the Iguazu River and see the 275 falls on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls National Park. Then take in the alpine architecture of Bariloche and taste the sweets in this “Argentina's chocolate capital.” In Puerto Cantaros, hike up its namesake lake, where we’ll continue to see the numerous waterfalls of the imposing Cantaros Cascade. Come along to catch awe-inspiring views from the summit of Mt. Campanario in Patagonia, 1,050 meters above sea level. Day 1 - BUENOS AIRES

Transfer from the airport to your hotel and depart for a half day classic city tour. Buenos Aires overflows with riches—historic buildings, excellent food, beautiful parks, museums, theaters and much more. See the Pyramid de Mayo, the Presidential palace, the Cabinet, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. View the symbol of the city, “The Obelisque.” Discover its key neighborhoods from San Telmo with its signature tango parlors to European-inspired La Boca, trendy Puerto Madero, and La Recoleta Cultural Center

Day 2 - BUENOS AIRES

After breakfast, take your time to explore Buenos Aires at your own pace today. This evening you are treated to a special cultural event as you enjoy dinner and a professional Tango music and dance show—an authentic evening out in Buenos Aires! You will enjoy delicious authentic Argentine dishes, prepared from local ingredients, at the Esquina Carlos Gardel, once the home of Carlos Gardel, considered the godfather of Tango. (B,D)

Day 3 - BUENOS AIRES I IGUAZU FALLS

Early transfer to board your flight to Puerto Iguazu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Embark on a private excursion towards the Brazilian side of the Falls to Iguazu National Park to tour the park and head up to the boardwalks located at the edge of the cliffs of the Iguazu River. Enjoy the vista of San Martín Island, Devil’s Throat from the observation deck, and the waterfalls of Bossetti, San Martín, and Three Musketeers. (B)

Day 4 - IGUAZU FALLS

Today we explore the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls on a full-day excursion. Board the train at Central Station that runs inside the subtropical rainforest for 2.5 miles. At Falls Station are 2 trails: The Upper Circuit, crossing over the top of the canyon and the Lower Circuit, a 1-mile trail, provides waterfall views from 8 catwalk lookouts for different perspectives. Then we catch the train to the Devil’s Throat Station, from which a 1.2 mile walk to a suspended platform lookout delivers Iguazu’s biggest thrill: the tallest and largest waterfall called Devil’s Throat, a 14-fall combo crashing in a 269-foot sheer drop! Day 5 - IGUAZU FALLS I BARILOCHE

Transfer from your hotel to the airport to board your flight to Bariloche with connection in Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Bariloche, transfer to your hotel. Located in Patagonia, Bariloche is known for its picturesque alpine architecture with a Patagonian twist that features the use of local hardwoods and unique stone construction. It is also Argentina's chocolate capital and is additionally blessed with a sophisticated food scene that beckons to be explored. (B)

Day 6 - BARILOCHE

Following breakfast depart to Puerto Blest. Our first stop on today’s sailing adventure is Puerto Cantaros where we hike up to its namesake lake, where we’ll continue to see the numerous waterfalls of the imposing Cantaros Cascade. At the end of this hike, return to the ship and cross the Brazo Blest to descend into Puerto Blest, a village in the Rio Negro province, and visit the Information Center of National Parks. Return to hotel. (B)

Day 7 - BARILOCHE

After breakfast, ascend the steep and winding Avenida Ezequiel Bustillo overlooking Nahuel Huapi Lake. Stop along the way at delightful Bonita Beach before arriving at Mt. Campanario and take the chair lift up to the summit. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views over the entire region including Lakes Moreno and Trebol, Isla Victoria, Mount Otto, and Bariloche. Next it’s on to Llao Llao Peninsula. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. (B)
