Description

Villa Eden is a luminous and elegant three-story villa, completely renovated and restored in a well-balanced mix of classic and modern style, with refined parquet floors and antique handmade majolica tiles in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast.

Ground floor: at the entrance, a small terrace leads to this main floor, where the master suite is located. It consists of one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a sitting room and a private terrace overlooking the sea.

First floor: along a corridor are located three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, all equipped with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a retractable flat screen TV.

Lower ground floor: two bedrooms (one of which with ensuite bathroom), a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower, and a comfortable living room with a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV. On this floor, there is also a dining room opening on to the main terrace, where a shaded area with a wrought iron table is the exquisite setting for breakfast and al fresco dining. The modern and professional kitchen, featuring a snack area with three seats, is fully furnished with a large semi-round cooking station with a six-burner gas range, two refrigerators (one with a freezer), a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, a toaster, other small appliances and a double sink.
