I have just finished a 13-day trip on the Nile with your company and I had to take a few minutes to tell you just how much I enjoyed the trip.

All the tour guides (Rehab, George, and Ash) were informative and offered us interesting stories about each of the different areas we visited. I also must commend each and every tour guide once they found out that I had a broken neck and in some areas was unstable on my feet they did every thing to assure my safety.

The staff of the Mojito tended to my every need and let me tell you sometimes that was easy because I came to Egypt to fulfill a dream and I was not going to let any physical disabilities stop me. All, I can say is that the staff from housekeeping to Marco were there to help when I tripped on the stairs or if I needed something translated.

The drivers I had in both Luxor and Cairo (I am sorry that I do not remember their names) also assured that I was safe at all times.

And last and far from least Ahmed Salah who first met me at the Airport on Sep 23, 2008. He got me through customs, helped me with my bags and did more then his best to make me feel at home. In fact when I got off the plane I felt that I was a lost family member who just found their way home. When it came time for me to leave on Oct 5, Ahmed made sure that I was at the airport on time and in the right line to make my plane.

Because of these people and people I cannot remember their names I will remember this trip for a long, long time and look forward to returning to Egypt soon.

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for helping my mom and I arrange everything for our trip to Egypt. We had an amazing time. We are still sorting through all the pictures we took and remembering the great sites we saw! A special note regarding our guide, Bassem. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He made the trip the much more memorable. I will highly recommend STI and Bassem to anyone I know going to Egypt. Thanks again for all your help!

Hi Heather. thanks for the upgrade, it was great. We had a room on the 33rd floor overlooking the Nile and could see the Pyramids.

Just wanted to let you know that we were thrilled with the tour. All of the STI people that we met were excellent and treated us like royalty. The guides were really very good and added to the whole experience.

We were also upgraded at the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan to a beautiful room (apparently the hotel is closing down soon for a 2 year refit).

All of the hotels we stayed in were great as was the cruise ship (the Mojito).

During our Sharm stay, we opted out of the trip to St Catherine's - no problem, but we were getting pretty exhausted from all the sightseeing and travel and decided to spend 3 days around the pool drinking beer and recuperating. It worked!

It's going to be hard to travel as a regular tourist again after the kind of treatment that we received!

This was one of the most memorable holidays we've ever had - STI did a great job for us and we'd be happy to recommend you guys to anyone considering an Egypt tour.

Heather,
Please accept my apology for taking so long to thank you for our wonderful trip last January.

I just re-read some of the other testimonials and can only ditto what has been said. I've placed comments about STI and you on Trip Advisor.
I would like to send additional praise to STI for all their help when my sister left home without her medication. She discovered this just before boarding flight and called her friend and asked her to get in touch with STI and see what could be done. STI spent a lot of time and efforts trying to get these medications overnighted to her. My sister's friend also thanks STI for their wonderful cooperation.
Lastly, I want to thank Heather personally for her help. I have never taken a tour as presented and you were outstanding while I changed a little here and then later changed a little there, until I had exactly what I wanted. I cannot praise you and STI enough. You and your reps in Egypt were outstanding. Thank you again.
