On behalf of myself and my sisters (Lorethea and Dorothy) we really had a wonderful trip to Egypt. We were impressed with the promptness and friendlessness of the individuals who we came in contact with. Most of all, we were thoroughly impressed with our tour guide (Salomon). He had so much history to share with all of us. The package that you put together for the group was filled with some awesome biblical history. It was a dream come true for my awesome sister who will be turning 89 this year. We were thrilled that she was able to come along and be able to relate to bible stories that she had read over the years. Out of the 15 individuals, I did not hear one negative comment about our trip. I want you to know that I appreciate your hard work and dedication in putting this trip together for all of us, Mac also played a big role in making sure that we followed the schedule that had been layed out for us. This was not easy for him I am sure. I have some friends going to Egypt in a couple of weeks, and I have shared the highlights of my experience

Hello Gary and Brian

We have just returned from our vacation and I thought I would drop you a note to say how very impressed we were with the service we received on our tour of Egypt .From the moment we were met at the airport by the Sakkara rep Ashram and his driver Nebil until they dropped us of 1 week later every detail was taken care of. Ashram was truly a professional and looked after every single detail in Cairo.

When on the Nile cruise our guide Morat ( I hope I spelt his name correct ) was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable . They all contributed to our vacation and made it a trip we will never forget.
I would also like to thank you both for all the arranging and support you gave us prior to our holiday. I will recommend STI Travel to family and friends and will hope to use your services again.

FAM to Dubai

Hi Heather

Back from Dubai with a severe case of jet lag. I was awake at 315a this morning wide awake and hungry. Right now I am fighting sleep until at least 10p We missed you in Dubai, the last I heard you were coming over a few days later. The fam trip was wonderful, not only did we go to Dubai, but we got to visit six of the seven emirates. Every day was a new adventure that was so interesting. Wallace was great and had a lot of info to offer. I really learned a lot and feel like now, I can recommend this area with confidence.

To Whom It May Concern,

We are writing to thank you very much for the excellent service that we received on our trip to Egypt and Jordan June 17 - 30.

We were apprehensive about booking the trip of a lifetime with an internet company instead of a local tour agency. However, the service we received throughout the trip was excellent. Every part of the trip was perfect, from our conversations and booking with the booking agent, to the transfer men, drivers and tour guides. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and generous.

We would like to give special accolades to the following people that treated us as if we were part of their families. They each went above and beyond their job duties.

Brian John (the booking agent) was very helpful and proficient at answering our questions quickly.

Ahmed Salah, our transfer man in Cairo, made us feel at ease in Egypt and was always available to help us whenever we had any questions. He had a very friendly demeanor and willingness to tell us as much as possible about the country he loves.

Our driver in Cairo, Phillip, was also very friendly and always alert to our needs. We were always kept comfortable and relaxed, even when driving in the madness of Cairo. Phillip and Ahmed were very, very kind to us.

Ayman Bassily, our tour guide in Cairo, was extremely intelligent and passionate about his knowledge of Egypt. He added extras to our tours to make them the best they could possibly be. He helped us to bargain in the El Khalilli Bazaar and had Phillip take us to the carpet making school as well as the papyrus company.

Sami Koury, our driver in Jordan, was also very personable and treated us like family. He not only got us to each of the tour locations safely, but he also invited us to a barbeque in the desert in Petra as well as inviting us to have dinner at his parent's home.

The staff on the Sonesta Moon Goddess was wonderful, and the tours were first class. Our special thank you to everyone on the ship. They worked hard to make everyone feel very special.

Although we have been home since the first of July, we have not stopped talking about this entire experience. We have had many friends to our house to see pictures of our trip, and Lynda has made several powerpoint presentations to show the 200+ students that she will teach this year at school.

We fully intend on returning to Egypt with the entire family next year. We already have many people interested in duplicating the trip that you arranged for us.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this adventure. Thank you, thank you, thank you...and thank you again.....for the BEST trip of our lives.

Dear Heather:
What a great trip! You did a fantastic job!! Who do I send my recommendation to at your place? I'd like them to know of your hard work. Everyone that you had contacted was where they were supposed to be at the right time. I couldn't believe how everything worked. We even went to our Santorini candlelight dinner with another couple from a neighboring hotel and the restaurant didn't know we were coming that night, they gave us both delicious and beautiful food. What a view too! As soon as I figure out how to send photos to you I will. I bought a CD of Greek music to make a slideshow with. I have a projector at work that I can screen my photos on a wall. We're going to have a party Labor Day with Greek food, our photos, and music. You know the only hassles were with US Airways, the wild trip there, stopping in Pittsburgh (for gas!), and running to the second plane in another terminal. Our luggage was slower than us and didn't make the flight. It arrived Tuesday night, what a pain to do Athens and the flight over in the same clothes. Fortunately, I had deodorant and toothbrushes in my carryon. The return flight was exhausting, 11 hours from Athens to Philadelphia, 5 hideous movies. But the flight from Philly to LAX had one movie, Spiderman, with NO sound! People were so irritated, Rick and I conked out and woke up over Palm Springs! Of course, our luggage didn't make that flight either and was delivered on Sunday morning!!!!! AAAACCCKKKKK!!!!

Enough of the bad, everything else was perfect. I can't wait to return. Keep me in mind if you want to take a group, I'll join in!!!
