Day 1 - Barcelona

Arrival into Barcelona. After check-in at your hotel, the balance of the day is at leisure to discover Spain's second largest metropolis, a wonderful showcase for art, music, and cutting-edge design.

Day 2 - Barcelona

This morning enjoy your guided tour. See the main highlights of this vibrant city as you explore Placa de Catalunya, Via Laietana, the Cathedral and its cloister, the Gothic Quarter and other interesting sights. Afternoon is at leisure to stroll along La Rambla, the most famous boulevard in Barcelona, connecting Placa de Catalunya with the Columbus Monument and the city's waterfront. (B)

Day 3 - Barcelona

Full day at leisure to discover a city that really has it all - art, architecture, beaches, shopping and exquisite gastronomy. Must see for architecture and art lovers are Gaudi's colorful creations in Park Guell and the Picasso museum. Must see for food lovers is the lively Boqueria market. (B)

Day 4 - Barcelona/Madrid

After breakfast, board your train to Madrid. After check-in at your hotel, the balance of the day is at leisure. Cradle of Spain's social and cultural renaissance, Madrid boasts some of the country's best museums, most beloved f?tbol (soccer) clubs, vivacious nightlife, and over 40 parks and gardens. (B)

Day 5 - Madrid

This morning enjoy a panoramic tour of Madrid. See the impressive Plaza de Espana, the typical Castilian quarter of "la Moreria", the elegant area by the Prado Museum, the fashionable Gran Via and the beautiful Retiro Park. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening the city comes to life with a near endless array of performing arts, including the famous Opera House. (B)

Day 6 - Madrid

Full day at leisure. Stroll the galleries of the unparalleled Prado to view the works of Velasquez and Goya or take an optional excursion to Toledo or Segovia. (B)

Day 7 - Madrid/Seville

This morning travel by rail to Seville. After your check-in, start discovering Seville, one of the historic capitals of Andalucia. The tapas, fiestas, and flower-filled patios may all be cliches, but they're authentic ones, true to a city that knows how to celebrate. (B)
