Call Center Agent

The Call center agent handles Customer service and Sales responsibilities. Everyday tasks involve answering Customers trip inquiries, tailoring and addressing travelers

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service/Assistance with travel planning 
  • Customer travel itinerary planning, quoting, Invoicing and fulfillment 
  • Use of booking system to secure travel arrangements including accommodations, tours, transportation, insurance, etc.
  • Keep professional and efficient communications with various departments within the company such as Accounting and Operations

Requirements

Regional Sales Manager - West Coast

We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for the California & West Coast region to promote our destinations (Italy, Mediterranean, Cuba, & Latin America) and our Group Travel business. Destination Knowledge, plus a minimum of 5 years Sales Experience working with Travel Agencies & Consortia is a must.

We are looking for a driven travel professional willing to work hard to increase our exposure in the West Coast regional marketplace. The RSM will service existing accounts, secure new accounts, attend/participate in trade events and provide support & training to our client base. Candidates need to be result and delivery oriented with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. The RSM needs to be based in the region serviced, and travel within the region is a must. All sales positions will report into the Vice President of Sales at the NY/NJ SGI Headquarters.

Product Manager

The Product Manager focuses on increasing the profitability of existing travel products and programs. Also, evaluates feasibility of new travel products & programs for the company. Other responsibilities include assembling products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on product and travel industry trends knowledge and industry experience. Must possess a unique blend of travel business savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make a product vision a reality. He/ She will work closely with other company divisions.

The Product Manager must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. Will work with Upper management, trade, business development and suppliers to define the product. Will liaise with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, target audience and distribution channels. Will facilitate product communications with all company teams and divisions (new and existing product knowledge, positioning, key benefits). Will serve as the advocate for product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.

He/ She should have a good knowledge of European destinations, with a specialty in Italy, as well as the Mediterranean region. Also, well versed in outbound travel markets, tendencies & products.

Our operations specialists facilitate the tour selling process by providing support to our sales team and other company divisions through securing confirmations of services, assisting with special requests, inquiries and issuing and shipping travel documents on a daily basis. Experienced FIT specialist is responsible to generate sales from travel agent leads in the luxury travel segment. Expertise will include strong product knowledge, strong sales skills and mature contacts in the Travel Agency market.
