Villa Parmina is situated in a residential area just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The Villa is surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape, characterized by numerous palm trees, towering cactuses, secular olive and citrus trees, shrubs and scented vines.

Description

Outdoor area: the main outdoor living space is around the spectacular pool area, with its dazzling coastal views, dining area with table and chairs and a magnificent barbecue area with a wood-burning oven. A four-person Jacuzzi is situated next to the pool.

Ground floor: a well-equipped kitchen decorated with colorful majolica floor tiles has direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. Past the kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower and a single room, which opens out onto a lovely quiet sitting area. A brightly-decorated living room contains an elegant marble fireplace, comfortable tufted leather sofas, delicate silk chiffon curtains and precious antique handcrafted majolica flooring. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

Lower ground floor: a spiral staircase leads down to the main floor and in to a glass-roofed veranda that has been beautifully furnished with a carved stone table and long stone sofa. Three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower, are also situated on this floor.
